| Day 1 Australia / Chengdu | |
| Depart on your flight to Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, also considered the cultural hub of Southwest China. You will be met at the airport and transferred to a 4 star hotel. |

| Day 2 Chengdu | Meal: B/L/D |
| Visit to Panda Breeding Centre to see the lovely Pandas. Afternoon you will have a chance to experience the relaxing local life by visiting a local teahouse. You will see the people chatting, playing cards and Majone. Evening enjoy Changing Masks show. |

| Day 3 Chengdu / Lhasa | Meal: B/L/D |
| Take a morning flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival in Gongar Airport, the highest airport in the world, you will be met and drive 100KM to the city of Lhasa, capital of Tibet. The rest of the day is free to have a good rest and ready to explore the roof of the world. |

| Full day guided tour of Potala Palace, the winter palace of the Dalai Lama since the 7th century, symbolises Tibetan Buddhism and its central role in the traditional administration in Tibet. Then onto Jokhang Temple, which is an exceptional Buddhist religious complex. It is the spiritual centre of Tibet. The temple is a combination of Han, Tibetan and Nepalese architectural techniques. And Barkhor Street, which is an old and traditional shopping street in the centre of Lhasa. It is also a place where Tibetan culture, economy, religion and arts assemble and a place to which a visit must be paid. |

| Day 5 Lhasa | Meal: B/L/D |
| Today you will visit Sera Monastery, one of the three largest monasteries in Tibet, enshrined in the monastery are over 10,000 golden copper Buddhist statues, the holy prayer scripture written in cinnabar, and other treasures. Then onto Tibet Museum, the largest cultural facility in this ethnic autonomous region with a huge collection of art treasures. Later in the afternoon, you will visit to Norbu Lingka, the summer palace for Dalai Lama. |

| Day 6 Lhasa / Yamdrok Lake / Gyangtse | Meal: B/L/D |
| Today you will drive 360Km from Lhasa via the beautiful turquoise Yamdrok Lake to Shigatse, please enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way. You will stay overnight at Gyangtse. |

| Day 7 Gyangtse / Shigatse | Meal: B/L/D |
| You will visit Kunbum Stupa & Pelkor Chode Monastery. Drive 90 KM to Shigatse. In the afternoon take tour to The Tashilunpo Monastery, residence of Panchan Lamas. |

| Day 8 Shigatse / Lhasa | Meal: B/L/D |
| Driving back to Lhasa along the Bramaputra River, you will visit Tibetan family on the way. |

| Day 9 Lhasa / Xining | Meal: B |
| Today you will board on train departing in the morning and overnight on train at four sharing compartment (soft sleeper). You could buy your meals on the dinning car. |

| Day 10 Xining | Meal: L/D |
| Arrive in Xining in the morning, the capital city of Qinhai province. Met and transferred to the hotel. After lunch, drive 50KM to the "Tu" minority Nationality Village. Dinner served at hotel. |

| Day 11 Xining / Chongqing | Meal: B/L/D |
| In the morning you will fly to Chongqing. You will visit Erling Park, where we can have a bird’s eye view of the amazing city, then onto Great Hall of People and Ciqikou, the old quarter of the city. After dinner, board on MV Dragon Cruise and start the exciting Yangtze River Cruise journey. |

| You will have shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City. Enjoy your Captain Welcome Banquet and Welcome Crew Show in the evening. |

| Shore excursion to Shennong Stream, farewell banquet in the evening. |

| Arrive Yichang in the morning, short city tour if time permits before we take flight Shanghai. |

| Today is at your own leisure to do shopping or explore Shanghai at your own pace, a late checkout to 6 pm; then you will be transferred to the airport for your flight bound for Australia. |
