| Fly from Australia to Beijing. You will be met and transferred to the hotel for four nights. |

| Day 2 Beijing | Meal: B/L/BD |
| Today you will visit the Tiananmen Square, the largest City Square in the world. From Tiananmen Square, visitors enter the gates of the Forbidden City. This massive complex was the centre of the Ming and Qing dynasties. With almost 10,000 rooms, this remarkable, well-preserved imperial palace is the largest palace in the world. After lunch, you will take trishaw to visit a Hutong, which is an ancient city alley, to experience the life of the local people; afterwards you will have a photo stop at Olympic venues like the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. Buffet dinner will be served at the hotel. |

| Day 3 Beijing | Meal: B/L/D |
| Today you will visit the Great Wall of China. The Great Wall is the pride of China and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is a most amazing man-made structure. After climbing the Great Wall, you will transfer back to hotel. The rest of the day will be at your own leisure. After dinner, enjoy Beijing Acrobatics. |

| In the morning, you visit Pandas House in Beijing Zoo and followed by the Astronomical Museum of Beijing. After lunch, we will take you to the Temple of Heaven, a Ming Temple where the Emperors performed annual rites essential for the well being of their land, and the children will fly kites there. For dinner, you will have a famous Beijing Duck Banquet, |

| Day 5 Beijing / Xian | Meal: B/D |
| This morning is at leisure. In the afternoon you will fly to Xian, the most historic city in China, it used to be the capital of ancient China for 11 dynasties. Tour to the Ancient City Wall, and you will have a chance to ride the bicycle on the wall. You will spend two nights in Xian. |

| Day 6 Xian | Meal: B/L/SD |
| Today you will see the "Terracotta Warriors". They are to be found at an archaeological site which so far has yielded some 8000 ancient terra cotta soldiers and horses, each a unique, finely detailed sculpture. You will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built 1,200 years ago, now is the symbol of Xian. Dinner served as a delicious dumpling banquet and followed by stage show at the Tang Dynasty Theatre. |

| Day 7 Xian / Shanghai | Meal: B |
| Depart on your flight to Shanghai. In the afternoon, we will visit Shanghai Chinatown Cultural Centre, where you will learn the Chinese calligraphy and painting on the fans, lanterns or clothes by yourself. |

| Day 8 Shanghai | Meal: B/L/WD |
| Today you will take a city tour around Shanghai. The city tour takes us to the Yu Yuan Garden, a classical Ming Dynasty garden with pavilions, towers, and terraces. Then to the new district across from the Bund called Pudong to experience the economy booming in China. We also bring you to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower to have the bird’s eye view of the city. Then you will visit Shanghai Aquarium, the Bund and Nanjing Road. Western dinner will be served tonight. |

| Day 9 Shanghai / Australia | Meal: B |
| Today is at leisure. A late checkout till 6 pm, then your tour guide will accompany you on the Shanghai Maglev, the fastest train in the world, to the airport for your flight back to Australia. |
